A high-torque yet compact radial planetary gear reducer. The overall length has also been significantly shortened.

Rich Variety of Models By adopting a modular design, we have accommodated many specifications with a minimal number of components. • A wide range of output torque from 0.46 to 736 kN·m and input power from 0.2 to 1200 kW is available in the series. • Gear ratios from 5 to 1400 are supported. • Compatible with foot mounting, flange mounting, and shaft mounting (optional). 2. Drive Unit A motor direct connection type (drive unit) is available in the series. Since the reducer and motor are integrated, the layout of the equipment is simple. Complicated motor alignment and base plate fabrication are unnecessary, which reduces installation labor. 3. High Strength and High Rigidity Planetary Gear Mechanism Multi-stage planetary mechanism: The multi-stage planetary gear system and our unique equal distribution structure optimally distribute the load acting on each gear. It allows for large torque transmission with a slim outer diameter. High pressure angle gears: By adopting a maximum pressure angle of 27°, the bending strength at the tooth root of the gears is significantly improved, resulting in a design that is strong against shock loads.
